在使用胶粘剂时，我们该如何选择固化速度更适合自已生产工艺要求的胶粘剂？

  胶粘剂在很多地方口语化简单叫做：胶水，它在日用领域比较简单，一般的502胶水大家可能都有接触，还有多一点的可能就是粘鞋子的胶水，而应用得多的是工业或者工程中的胶粘剂，这类胶粘剂一般都是在工厂或者项目中使用，用量就不像家庭，一般都是按公斤或者成吨来使用的。对于大量使用胶粘剂来说，胶粘剂的固化速度对操作方便性就显得十分重要了，那么应该如何选择胶粘剂的固化速度，什么样的固化速度才对自己用胶比较科学和方便呢？

  1、所选择的胶粘剂需要具备足够的工作时间（晾置时间、有效时间），才能适当混合和喷涂或涂抹胶粘剂，以及装配粘合的部件。
  2、如果是较小的组件或较短周期时间那么生产工艺能够使用具有短时间快速固化定位的胶。如果是大型组件则要考虑足够的组装时间。

  3、需要加压对齐和夹紧的时间，大型组件加压对齐时间会较长要考虑实际工人的操作，操作时间需要在30分钟的，你选择胶的适用期就应该至少有1小时，否则操作不及时胶水已经初固，不具备粘接性而影响整个产品质量。
  所以实际选择胶粘剂时不能一味的讲究快慢，而应该结合自己的产品或设备选择好涂胶设备和方法，再在这个基础上去选择合适的胶水来施工。

If the operation time is within 30 minutes, the application period of the glue you choose should be at least 1 hour. Otherwise, the operation is not timely, and the glue has been initially fixed, which will affect the quality of the whole product.

Therefore, the actual choice of adhesive can not blindly pay attention to the speed, but should be combined with their own products or equipment to choose a good coating equipment and methods, and then on this basis to choose the appropriate glue to construction.
