环氧树脂AB胶在使用过程中的注意事项都有哪些？

1、操作场所保持通风，有过敏现象的人员尽量不要直接操作

2、大批量使用前请先小量试用，掌握产品使用技巧，以免差错

3、灌封类胶水用前最好将A胶桶内上下搅拌均匀（时间长了可能会有沉淀），对于时间

4、存放较长的灌封胶A胶（保质期内）建议定期进行搅拌或定期上下倒置存放以减少沉淀

5、AB胶调胶时注意调胶量，操作时间内能用多少调多少（混合胶量较大时，操作时间会缩短）

6、AB胶类常温阴凉处储存即可，单组份胶水建议冰箱5度左右储存；单组份胶水从冰箱拿出备用时须提前时间（让胶水解冻，提前8小时以上为佳）用前须搅拌

7、开盖后未来得及用完的胶水须重新盖好密封，尤其是单组份自干型含环氧成份的胶水切记密封；开盖后的单组份胶水不宜在放入冷冻环境中（可能会有水气进入影响胶水性能）

8、AB胶水冬天会变得很浓，建议AB分开加热变稀后混合操作为佳

5. Pay attention to the mixing amount of AB glue and how much can be used in the operation time (the operation time will be shortened when the amount of mixed glue is large)

6. AB glue can be stored in a cool place at room temperature. It is recommended to store one-component glue at about 5 degrees in the refrigerator. When the one-component glue is taken out from the refrigerator for standby, it is required to advance time (let the glue thaw, more than 8 hours in advance is preferred) and it must be stirred before use

7. The glue that can not be used up after opening the cover must be sealed again, especially the one-component self-drying glue containing epoxy component. It is not suitable to put the one-component glue after opening the cover in the freezing environment (water vapor may enter into the glue to affect the performance of the glue)

8. AB glue will become very thick in winter. It is recommended that ab be heated separately and diluted before mixing
